The employees in the front super lost. my order lasted 50 minutes bc l had to go forward and claim what happened. After I had disputed with a hired person who was in the back and came with hire, I had to reply to her. short manager fought to reach. later the higher manager came and everything began to settle. these employees need professional training. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at breakfast. It seems like they prioritize walk-ins over reservations. I had to have my sandwich made twice while the rest of my family had already finished their meals, and it was completely wrong both times. I was left waiting for my sandwich while another customer noticed his order sitting there for a long time. He laughed and asked the host, “When this gets cold, am I supposed to bring everything back?” She looked quite nervous in response. This seems to be a common issue. There’s clearly a problem with order accuracy; when the receptionist says one thing and the cook does another, it might be time for retraining. And if it's the manager preparing the food, maybe it's time for new management altogether. I love this place, but after this experience, I won't be returning, no matter how good it should be.

I decided to try this place out since there's always a long line. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a breakfast plate with eggs and potatoes. Unfortunately, the salad was drenched in dressing, and there was barely any chicken. The breakfast was completely unseasoned. The eggs seemed overcooked, and the potatoes were cold. I gave it 2 stars because I ordered a special for someone else, and she loved it!

I highly recommend El Meson as one of the best places for freshly prepared food, especially with their vegetarian menu. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a safe spot to enjoy a meal. Their breakfast is delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Loved this place! Their sandwiches are great, so is their coffee. Will definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty breakfast. Try their sorullitos!!
