Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Kissimmee

I always loved to come here, the food was always good. I came to lunch with my mother and the food was so greedy and little taste. I hope they better just get disappointed. I spend over $20.00 for food and appetizers and drink. I have contacted the customer review online and they have not contacted so that you go.

If a picture is worth a thousand words see my chicken egg roll below. I called and reported my concern, the manager Charlie said that they are pre cooked and offered to refund the egg roll, however my biggest scare is food poisoning. As you can see that?s raw chicken inside. If something happens to me today I have this post as a record of what I ate unfortunately Update- the manager never refunded anything and didn?t bother communicating again. Avoid this place!

First time trying this place and I was highly disappointed! The food was disgusting! We ordered 3 meals this evening; for myself, my husband, and son, and none of us enjoyed our food at all. I made myself eat some of it because I paid for it, but the rest is going in the garbage. I just can't stomach finishing it. My husband threw half of this away too. Our eggrolls were soggy and had oil spilling out of them, everyone's rice was gummy, flavorless and soupy, the chicken tasted low quality and had a very odd bouncy texture. We all ordered fried rice, which is an upcharge, but my son was given white rice instead. By the time we got home and noticed it was not worth driving back for. This was a total waste of $50.00 that I wish I could get back.

This was my first visit to a Pei Wei restaurant. You order you food, get your drinks and condiments, find a table, and your food is delivered. There was a large lighted display before you reach the register. It was very easy to read and showed a description of menu items. I wish there was a picture of each entree for those of us who don't know what to expect. A smaller menu was also clearly displayed at each register making it easier to order. Looked like they have self service kiosks but someone took our order. He was personable, friendly, and helpfully responded to my numerous questions. We paid for full sized Honey Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. He gave us a table tent and cups. We walked over to get our drinks, napkins, and condiments. Our order was delivered as soon as we sat at a table very prompt! Our food was tasty, fresh, and warm. White rice was room temperature. Honey Chicken was little too sweet for me and I didn't realize it would be breaded. This is why pictures would be helpful. But I ate all of it : The restaurant appeared to be clean in general. I took away 1 star because the condiment station and surrounding space seemed neglected. It needed to be wiped down and swept. No knives and no ice in one machine. Take out containers were out and opened yuck. I think they should be turned upside down at least to prevent spray from coughs and sneezes. Other than the condiment station, I enjoyed eating here.

Boom! I love my pad Thai with tofu and extra tofu and today a little mess up with the tab rung with tofu and veggies, with this option it made my pad Thai taste different, but when I asked the cook, he showed me and fixed our order. To fix this tiny mistake, the experience is worth the exchange. Thank you.
