Slice Of New York Italian Latin Food

The penne pasta in vodka sauce is absolutely incredible! I can't get enough of it! The portion size is generous as well. The flavor is just remarkable! You all have to try it! I ordered it for delivery, and it arrived piping hot!

Yesterday I went to picked up my order and I waited for 35 minutes grr ridiculous but the most interesting part is the new cashier she has some great ideas for any restaurant out here in Florida. She doesn?t need to be a cashier, she needs to be the head of manager and the owner will see how they?re restaurant is going to prospect. New girl I hope the will take yours ideas and pay you well. I'm really frustrated with this restaurant. Every time I order, I make sure to check the food before the delivery driver leaves. Unfortunately, I've received the wrong order multiple times. It’s like I can't rely on them for delivery, which is why I usually prefer to pick it up instead. But who has the time to wait at the restaurant for ages just to get the correct food? So I opted for delivery, and I should have known better. They always seem to get my order wrong. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the mistake, they had the nerve to say I could keep the wrong order. That's not what I wanted; I just want the meal I originally ordered. Now I'm left with this platter that I opened, thinking it was my food.

The food was tasty, but it appeared a bit dry in the hot case. I visited for three lunches and one large pie, and my total came to just under $60, including tip. It felt pretty pricey, especially since Bravo offers similar lunches at a much lower cost (takeout only at Bravo). However, the pizza was excellent.

Pizza was not fully cooked! We called and they offered to make another one but we would have been late to our event! We popped it in the oven and was offered another pizza for another day!! Way wrong! Too get this resolved spoke to 4 staff members, last one Josline. Was short, rude and hung up on me! Nothing was resolved! NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST CUSTOMER OF 7 YEARS FOR $15 PIZZA THAT THEY DELIVERED WRONG-UNCOOKED! We most definitely will share our opinion! With family, friends and businesses in the area! also social media!
