I had the crushed dry noodle that the owner recommended. It had a delicate balance of Katsuobushi, some conbu vinegar, nori, green leaves, an egg yolk and minced meat. Absolutely recommended! The underlying noodle was still warm after mixing. Try the carrot salad.

Large house made buckwheat noodle on the grounds (machine on the display at the entrance). Very creative healthy and delicious dishes.
