Another awesome meal at Fireside. I've come here for the past 7 years I've lived in KW. ALWAYS a positive experience. The portions are huge, the selection of menu options is extensive and there's something for everyone. All day breakfasts are great, and their lunch dinner meals are also great. Love their souvlaki. They have a senior menu too that my uncle loved. Today we had a ham and egg skillet and a taco salad. We loved both! I am always pleased with Souvlaki or Eggs Benedict's as my other regular choices. Staff are always friendly. Love having this place right around the corner from where I live

We had a big group, (21 ppl), celebrating 2 birthdays, and the servers were amazing! The food arrived quickly, correctly, and was delicious. Thank you Fireside crew for a great evening!

Went with a group of 10 for breakfast. Though the food was delicious and the server attended to us often, everyone's meal was messed up, and had to be sent back. The worst part was the smell coming from the washroom. As I got closer to the women's washroom the smell of sewer got stronger. Inside was even WORSE! I warned the rest and no one else would use the washroom during our time there.

Gave high stars for how cozy and classic the environment is, plus the friendly and swift service, but really I was very disappointed in the taste of the food. Presentation was top notch and there's definitely a great selection, but it seemed as though nothing was salted or seasoned. TERRIBLY bland. I had the breakfast special with their crispy fried chicken (which was soggy and tasteless served on a waffle with supposed spicy chorizo gravy (also had zero salt and was astonishingly bland as water with candied bacon and egg. I can't speak for their other standard breakfast stuff, though my dining partner's home fries seemed crispy and tasty and was my favorite thing on the table (and it wasn't even on my own plate! . Honestly, the waffle was the tastiest thing, but because I had a savoury dish, couldn't even add any butter or syrup because it would have clashed.Really wonder why nothing seemed to be salted whatsoever, if it's just the way they do things there, or honestly they need to to work on seasoning their food properly.Not really eager to return any time soon, sorry to say.

The food is good and prices are fair. The condition of the seating is less than I would expect. Even some infamous 'duct tape ' would bind the edges of the cushions that have the stuffing bursting out and causing an unpleasant contact for those of us wearing shorts.
