A&W Restaurant - Kitchener

I love A&W because everything is delicious and fresh, especially the root beer.

My husband and I had breakfast at this location this morning. I must say the service was the worst we have ever experienced in any restaurant. We ordered the classic breakfast to eat in the restaurant. The staff brought over to our table our breakfast plates. At this point we had no cutlery, no drinks and my husband's plate was missing the hashbrown. So we waited and I noticed that our server was waiting on a customer, so I went up to the counter and asked if we could have cutlery and our drinks and the server seemed surprised. We finally got everything and by this time our meal was cold. We will NEVER eat here again. It looked to me that they were understaffed. Shame on the management.

I love going to this place as they have made-to-order breakfast. You can choose the way you want your eggs. All the meat, poultry and dairy and antibiotic free. And the best part is they serve is actual plates. I love that for a fast food place. My kids enjoy the food and we always have sunday brunch there. This is the best A&W in town.

Typical A&W restaurant. Tasty burgers, great root beer and friendly service. Great spot for food in a hurry.
