Doesn't start order until you get there even though I called to order in advance..... This place actually argued whether I called or not....

Jamie is amazing and goes above and beyond with possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the customer service impeccable but he was one of the most quick, organized and professional employees I’ve ever seen at a fast paced restaurant. As a business owner of a local shop in St. Jacob’s, I can honestly say whoever owns this Osmows should really value this employee and his hard work with an amazing attitude! Picked up a quick supper. The employee, Jamie, there at the time was working alone. He was quick, conversational, and so pleasant with me, another customer and a delivery driver.
