Business class used to be that which we aspired to...partly so we didn't find ourselves jammed in, like toes in too small shoes. The food was also worth the step up. That standard has long gone. But the food here reminds me of what great business class food was in the good ol' days. So, it's a compliment that this food resembles those days. But we have moved on a bit. This place is full charge. Hey, the whole and mashed potatoes were worth the walk. The trout was good enough. But, the fish has skin, and when well crisped, it is the feature. Is trout this big in the nearby lake? The rest of the dish is well executed. The tomatoes, we were assured, were local and extraordinary. Um, no. We have had local extraordinary tomatoes nearby. If these were related, they were the suss' uncle. Some soft and formless, others underripe and floury...other minis...all tasteless. The dish itself looks great, and the olives are decent. Dessert we're told is a choice between creme Brulee, chocolate tart and vanilla ice cream...goodness me, it's red current season and the last of the strawberry season is still terrific. These are the same 3 desserts we've seen as often as we've seen each other. Ok, we're still together. So, you know, we're happy enough to see each other and these desserts. But let's strike up a bit of energy and create. That's what we chefs love to do? You'll eat well...the cabin service is good and the business class experience is complete. Liten fin restaurang med en mysig atmosfär. Mycket god mat. Liten meny, men varmt rekommenderad. För riktiga chokladälskare kan jag bara rekommendera chokladkakan med rabarberkompott, helt enkelt en dröm 10/10. Allt är färdiglagat, man kan bara rekommendera. VIKTIGT: alltid _boka_, det blir snabbt fullbokat. Parkering: Det finns en liten parkering 70 meter bort. Tillgänglighet för rullstol: Hela området är på markplan, vilket gör det lätt att nå med rullstol.
