Coco - Klaipeda

Beautiful location, atmosphere and interior. Chicken tikka masala was a disappointment, barely served warm, no spices, without a proper curry base ( calves, onions, garlic, spices). It's okay if you don't like spicy dishes.

Bar's location is great, by the river, in the city center, but i guess it is the only plus. Food looks better than it tastes, alas. Service is also was a disappointment. Interior is a disaster, tables are sticky and shaky.

The owner is biggest fraud in lithuania and he never gives salaries on time to employers. he is the biggest lier. he done fraud with chef and with employers and he went for Fools a lot of people.please

Staff are rude and don’t care about providing nice service and keeping customers happy. I would be really worried if I was the owner of this place. We were there with a big group of friends from abroad, they were all happy and merry and just wanted to have a few drinks, the servers couldn’t care less, they just wanted us out despite us not causing any trouble. The rude bar tenter kept telling us that they’re closed, although they were seating down new customers and offered them drinks. One waitress even shouldered me when she was walking by(??!! I don’t understand how places like this even make money.

We had to start timing how long it took for us to get served compared to other customers. A couple of ladies (who may have also been tourists got up and left before even getting asked what drinks they would like, rightfully so, as another couple who came in around the same time (who did seem local , managed to get their drinks order within 35secs (isn't it useful having a stopwatch on your phone?! . We were going to leave after the starter because it took us over 10mins to even put our orders in with the waitress who seemed to be very subjective with who she served. It seemed she judged us on appearance that we didnt know how to speak Lithuanian before giving us a chance and doing her job which is to offer a service of food and drink. When our mains arrived my panko type pork wasn't really cooked in the middle. I could be mistaken but I am extremely sure pork isn't supposed to be served medium rare, that is what beef steak is for. Also my boyfriend's ribs were disappointing as they clearly hadn't been marinaded, they had just had the sauce slapped on them for cooking so weren't as flavourful as they could have been. Also some of the clientele seemed to have a problem with us being there too. Our veg was good, cooked al dente. Disappointing exoerience overall, as we have enjoyed Klaipeda so far, just a shame about the service here.
