Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant consistently fails to properly prepare their food. The pizza is repeatedly too salty and the last time I ordered pasta, it did not even have Alfredo sauce. It is clear that there is a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the restaurant fails to manage customer expectations, as they do not communicate delays with suppliers. It is frustrating when you are not informed about what is going on behind the scenes.
Unfortunately, my experience at the local Domino's in Klamath Falls on Washburn was extremely disappointing. If I could give it a negative 5 rating, I would. My Philly Steak Medium Pizza had only a small piece of steak on one slice, with the rest of the pizza lacking any meat. It was a waste of time and left me feeling disappointed, especially since I love Domino's pizzas. Despite always ordering from Domino's wherever I have lived, I will not be ordering from this location again. I was left feeling very disappointed.
After waiting for an hour and a half, the driver finally arrived with my drink, but there was no pizza. I saw him sitting there with it in his vehicle, but he never brought it to me. Two and a half hours later, I still had not received my order and the restaurant was already closed, leaving me very disappointed. The previous night, I had ordered pasta and after waiting for 2 hours, the online update said it had been delivered. However, no one had actually shown up until I called and they admitted delivering it to the wrong address. They promised to send the driver to retrieve it and bring it to me, which left me confused and frustrated.
I ordered online for picking up at the laufwerk window. I waited more than 5 minutes then went in and told them that no one came into the window. then I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and waited for my order at this point where I was irritated. I never had a problem with them. the one dame stared the commands not sure what to do. I don't know if she's new, but come on.
I started working at dominos in when our former manager cami worked there. she managed dominos very well and had everything on time. when she left dominos, sadly the work quality became horrible. the new management started hiring WAY too many people, started cutting many peoples hours down even people who started working there long before i did), i would come to work and be told to go home for the hours they scheduled ME for. very very very unprofessional and i will never work for another dominos restaurant again period. they also had told me they were thinking of letting me go because of how many new people they had hired , meanwhile they have a white guy who is always saying the n word still working there…
