Bear Creek Spur Steak Ranch

First time there and everything was great... quick sercice and the food was perfect..

We were seated by a waitress and given menu's. 30 min later nobody returned to get our order. We left while some of the staff stood at the door chatting. Later the evening Pieter called and appologised for the incident. I appreciate the response from Pieter, the kind of service I am used to at this Spur.

Nice people and all friendly. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because after dinner they forgot to bring our bill.

Had the best Lazy Aged Steak of my life, service was great, food was Amazing, not only a new modern look inside but the quality is also next level, well done to the owners and staff!!! Keep it up!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! MANAGER DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. CHECK ON ALL THE CLIENTS, HELP SERVING CLIENTS, CLEAN TABLES, REALLY COMMENDABLE TO SEE HOW A MANAGER SET AN EXAMPLE FOR STAFF, A REAL LEADER. WELL DONE!!
