Bidra med feedbackLight service I ordered a spicy southwest salad. I have to go back three times because they continue to put bacon or fried chicken. I wanted to talk to the manager. He looked at me and turned around. He's sending an employee to deal with me. The manager was a Caucasian gentleman with blue shirt and bald head. I felt very dissatisfied and disregarded. Discriminated in a way. I asked for a refund and I was completely ignored. I'll never buy food in your restaurant again. Whatever happened to Christian value, if you can't even face people who put money on your pocket, our customers and you can't even apologize.
At first, I thought the Pommes had gotten cold out of their seats. They were warm and had a funny taste. I said Breven (employee, nice young man) my pommes were Colt and they tasted old. He didn't ask. He got me new pommes. Unfortunately, the new pommes lubricated like the first flicker. I don't know if they use a different kind of fat since reopening this place or if they just need to change the fat. In any case, the Pommes were not good. I still love Chick fil A though!?
I swear, this box is the worse in Wake County. Just for a reason. You don't know how to cook fries. They're not crispy. They are soft and muddy as they make them for nursing homes. At one point, we could ask how the Pommes are done well in other restaurants. But here?- take the baby food pommes and recruit them at home. Everything must be better. The food is too expensive not to get things as we want them. Who wants soft soggyries. Disgusting. Better.
App did not scan and managers refused to help. Said? You must pay for my order in full and receive it with customer service. Isn't it a problem? He took my food back when I asked him to contact the customer service department. I'm surprised Chifil would hire someone like him. Completely disgusting with its service
Very disappointed with management for the lack of training with our associate in the drive-thru. Firstly, our line was absolutely the slowest one. As I get closer to him, I notice his extremely long hair. Long hair is totally fine but not blowing around in the wind, getting stuck in his mouth as he tried to talk to the customers. He spent more time wiping it out of his face than taking the order. If nothing else, hands in your hair is just unsanitary. Once it was our turn, we pulled up to him. We were not greeted at all. I asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich combo. I was never asked what type of cheese I wanted. When I completed my order, I was never asked if I needed condiments. All of these issues could have been handled with proper training. The employees, as a whole, are always very friendly and helpful. This young man just didn?t get prepared properly for his job.
