Krispy Kreme - Knightdale

One star feels like a compliment. It was 7 PM on a Sunday night, and there were no donuts available, yet the place was still open. Why is that? This location let us down before Covid, and the service hasn't improved since then. It really needs new management.

I can only give this place 1 star because there's no option for 0! Every time I visit this location, they are out of half of the donuts! They rarely have the specialty donuts available. It’s frustrating to advertise items that you don’t actually have in stock. The cashiers also lack basic people skills. I’d rather drive farther to go to Dunkin' instead. This is the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to!

Three words: hot and fresh! When you see the "open" sign lit up, it likely triggers an instinctual reaction—your mouth begins to water, your eyes widen, and your taste buds come alive, anticipating the bliss of a warm Krispy Kreme donut melting in your mouth.

Store Manager Missy extremely rude. She messed up a 3 doughnut order and was disrespectful when I went back to the store for her to correct the problem. As the only person in the drive thru at the time and having no one in the lobby the order should have been correct.

Store open till 11pm you arrive at 9pm lobby's closed, drive thru open but they say sorry no donuts except glazed shows poor planning, service and lack of care of customer service. You have 2 hours before you close and offer 1 product out of numerous menu items. That's terrible customer care and service.
