Wendy's - Knightdale

SHUT IT DOWN! It doesn?t matter what time you go they?re always out of something. The food is tasty but the service is absolutely horrible. No more Knightdale Wendy?s for my family and I. Do better!

The pricing was misleading, and my order was overcharged. When I brought this up, the staff seemed to struggle to explain the issue and didn't refund the full amount that was overcharged. The business appears to prioritize kitchen chaos over customer experience, leading to long wait times. Even when they clearly made a mistake, the resolution offered to me was inadequate. I've visited these Wendy's locations frequently, but I've noticed a lack of modernization and thorough cleaning, so I think we will avoid them in the future.

Everything felt like home; their fries are the best item on the menu. The Burger Nuggets milkshake was absolutely delicious!

Excellent service! The woman at the window was incredibly kind. I accidentally spilled my entire drink after leaving, but when I drove back, she happily replaced it for me.

Very pleasant staff and clean inside and outside.
