Bojangles - Knoxville

The last few times I've been by here they have had a long wait and if the wait isn't long the food is terrible or they give u very small portions. The inly thing i eat is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I decided to try chicken Tenders and it cost over 5 bucks for tenders that are the size of 2 of their individual French fries put together.

Waited about 20 minutes for our food inside. While waiting, we sat at one of the booths and one of the employees who was taking out the trash (who took his sweet time) jokingly said, we 're taking our sweet time . We happened to glance at what was going on in the kitchen and more than half of the employees were joking around and talking, while people were waiting to order (some left because no one came around to take their order) or were waiting in the drive thru line for their meals. I saw another employee come in and start vaping/smoking near the kitchen area. If their food was as medicore as their professionalism, I would 've left one star.

I love going to Bojangles, however this establishment was no very pleasant! We were traveling thru from KY as the drive thru coworker basically complained about people only ordering 20 pieces family meals? No kidding, it's Bojangles!! They ran out of chicken; that was amazing to me as we had to change our order to tenders and steak biscuits.

Just ordered an egg an cheese biscuit. Gave me an egg biscuit, and I had to actually pull forward to wait for it. Charged me for egg and cheese. This isn't the first time this particular location has screwed my order up. They're completely inept at the Chapman Hwy location. I should have known better than to go. I would suggest everyone to go to somewhere else. It was my fault for thinking these cretins could get an egg and cheese biscuit right.

No honey for biscuits, have to ask for napkins, ketchup,and condiments. The chicken was good after u got through the hard shell. But overall I was hungry.Overpriced as well. 8 pieces of chicken for 20.00. I'll go see Shac next time I decide on fried chicken .Food: 2/5
