Bojangles - Knoxville

Only one employee working the morning shift, food was delivered fast and with a smile but could have been better if it wasn't a one man band.

Went in to grab something to go. I was told I couldn’t swap out the side for what I wanted. Yeah, not buying that answer. And she was rather rude about it. Felt like she didn’t want to be there and certainly not help customers.

I went in for breakfast. THREE employees behind the counter looked right at me and didn't say a word. I left because no one came to take my order. If you want people to ignore you when you want to buy something from them, go here.

Just needed some thing to drink, but they seem really patient and they were real quick to come to the register

We're regular customers and we're so excited that they're building a Bojangles just a quarter mile from our house. Lol!
