Burger King - Knoxville

I ordered a door dash. They had given my order to another person who was not assigned to my order. Then, a large lady in the drive thru had an issue with my dasher. The dasher called me and asked me to come get my order because they gave it out to someone. I show up and tell the large lady in drive thru that I am an officer and I am here to pick up my order. The lady starts going off at me about the dasher. I politely asked if I could get my order. She said, "Come to the second window. Got to the window. The lady looked at my uniform and proceeded to slam the window in my face and lock it. Then she calls the police . I tried to show her the receipt of my order, and at this point, she was just going nut for no reason at me. I hope that the general manager of this store understands that that lady doesn 't deserve to work there. Her actions towards me were totally uncalled for and unjustified towards me. I used to come here all the time. NOW I will never come back to this place as long as that lady works there. I will also tell my friends and family not to visit that place. Customer service SUCKS Professionalism. NONEXISTENT Grooming. POOR

Great lunch options I enjoy their double cheeseburger with tomato and mustard only I like their french fries too employees were very polite kind but my order right the very first time no complaining no problems

Went to Burger King for lunch between jobs I love their double cheeseburger with tomato and mustard only and their fries are always just salty enough crew was very friendly and staff was awesome received my order in due time

I got 2 whopper juniors. Once today and once last week. Both times the top Buns were stale. I showed the lunch manager. The buns were hard. He did nothing but shrugged. Also, I had a coupon for a free whopper. He told me that you had to purchase a meal in order to get a free whopper. Absolutely no where on this coupon does it say this!!! I asked him to show me where it said this on coupon. He could not. I was met with complete indifference. I never received anything !! He didn't even offer another whopper that wasn't stale. Really bad service

There is a reason nobody goes to this Burger King. Worst one I have ever been to. Friend said to go here because Nick and J's had such a long line waiting outside. Let me try to keep this short: cashier didn't know how to ring up my app coupon, I was overcharged, manager didn't know how to correct it, restaurant was filthy, employees were filthy with dirty clothes and fingernails, coffee was undrinkable and thrown in trash, hashbrowns were from old grease and thrown in trash, we ordered 4 biscuits and received 4 random croissants. I had the same experience here years ago and nothing has changed. I won't be back even though I live right down the road and BK is my favorite fast food chain.
