Casey's - Knoxville

Service and food was great however, I wish Casey’s would spend the money to upgrade both its POS system and chip readers. I shouldn’t have to spend 20 minutes in a store because the cashier is struggling to check me out. This is on Casey’s, not the stores themselves. Shame on you.

We were riding through the area on a motorcycle, when the weather turned threatening. These employees welcomed us into the store to wait out the storm. We were there for an hour and a half! At least two tornados touched down in the area. They were even so kind as to bring a chair out from the back for me to sit. Thank you to those thoughtful and kind employees.

Ordered the pepperoni pepperoni specialty. Very little pepperoni. Replaced with entirely to much cheese. Store was not busy at all. It was 830 in the evening.

People are nice place is always clean and kitchen always looks clean and they keep their hot food fresh and hot and the store is always well stocked

Called in for pizza, was put on hold for 15min. I could hear them talking so must have been 2 people there. They never came back to phone. I hung up
