Chez Guevara - Knoxville

I didn't know there was a restaurant there until my friend mentioned it. Even though I had seen the place before, there was no sign indicating it was a restaurant. The chips and salsa were the best I've ever had, so flavorful.

The restaurant has a fantastic retro vibe from the late 60s. The food is excellent, though a bit on the expensive side, it is definitely worth it. The bar does not have a TV, which is a plus. It is kid friendly but primarily caters to adults.

The food was fantastic, especially the black beans which were the best I've ever had. However, the fish tacos were a bit dry and bland. It took a while to get a server, but once we did, she was great.

Great atmosphere Rita’s and locals. Don’t look for the sign. Come in and getchasome.

Everything here is great. Chicken Acapulco is my personal go-to, but the beef Zapnin's is great too. The drinks are fantastic (the light amd crispy is my rec), but all the food is alterable to your needs; I especially love the extra goat cheese with anything that comes with it. The spinach queso it the BEST, but I also like the queso with corizo.
