First Watch - Knoxville

These are my favorite place for breakfast in the Southeast. My first First Watch was in Florida and now anytime I find one near where I'm staying I make it my go to breakfast stop. The seasonal menu this winter has a Morning Meditation juice with the boost shot. Get it! My breakfast is heart healthy...two poched eggs, lemon tossed mixed greens and English muffin.

My mom and I love to eat here! It’s always been a good experience, but the last time we went (Sunday, 6/26. We went to the one on Broadway)We had such a wonderful server named Jesse. He was friendly, very attentive, polite, and made us laugh a few times, even though he was clearly busy. He really made our day with his kindness, and we would like to recognize him for it. He truly was a blessing to us.

Food is good, parking is a nightmare in this center. Had to park across the street and cross a busy Broadway. We came in today and 10 tables open at 10:45am. What do they do at 8:30 am at a 'busy ' rush time? There was still a 15 minute wait. Virtually no interaction from the staff managing expectations. They must be very short on staff. This is our last visit.

Great food. Had the Trifecta with bacon and a multi grain pancake. It was kind of cool, needed a jacket!

Wonderful food but the wait was pretty long. The owner graciously gave us half off but the bill was still pretty high considering it was simple breakfast food.
