Always my favorite restaurant. I miss this place so much. A real node for classic South Recipes and support for regional producers.

On arrival, the interior was extremely loud, although only about half full. So we decided to sit outside, although it was pretty humid. But even the outside seats seemed loud. The service was terrible from the beginning to the end. Our waitress said that she had been there for over a year, but was unable to bring our drinks out until we had finished our appetizers. The ducks were kicked out before we finished our cocktails, and we had to remind the waitress to bring our wine halfway through the meal. The worst has never been statements or excuses for this bad service. The food was mediocre at best. The smoked trout developer was fine, but my husband's trout retreat was over boiled, and my vegetarian escape was barely with Portobello pieces that were hard like rocks! The Embassy Suites is a beautiful hotel in Knoxville, but this restaurant definitely needs great work!!!

Everything was fine. Not bad, but okay. The best part was the chicken wing app. Shrimps and goose tasted classics, but not unforgettable. Steak was perfectly cooked to med rarely, but chew. Macaroni was very bland. No problem to recommend, but I would recommend before other places. You can make the money better.

The food was great the service was good. It’s nice that it is in the hotel. The cons I have is the acoustics was rough I couldn’t barely have a conversation at the table.
