Mimi's Cafe - Knoxville

I had a wonderful 4-course dinner at the Mimi's Cafe. The atmosphere was quiet, the restaurant had not many cartridges, but was welcoming. I enjoyed Alex's top notch service, his timing was perfect to take out any course. The Caesar Salad was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The Caesar Dressing they had used a wonderful amount of flavor that made the whole dish come together. In addition to perfectly aged beet and cheese, it was a perfect opening dish. The Spinach Dip was even better. It almost filled me before my main course appeared. Instead of going with the usual tortilla chips, they use thin sliced bread that is perfectly tasted and crisp. Would definitely recommend for an appetizer, you might need more bread. The French Pot Roast is a perfect savory entrée if you are looking for something to hold on your ribs. The potatoes and the engraving are rich and a perfect basis for the dish. The Brat is tender and tender on the fork. The carrots and mushrooms are perfectly boiled al dente, they still have a lot of texture. The Lava Cake was a good way to finish the meal. The cake is sweet but not too rich until you break into the molten Fudge center. Perfect mix with vanilla ice cream on the side. Mimi's Cafe offers a lot of menu options, especially if you are looking for some breakfast or brunch options, but I would definitely stop for dinner again.

Amazing stop on our trip back from Pigeon Forge. The daughter got the crepes and they were the best we ordered. I got the stuffed pain and the man got the quiche Lorraine. Every single bite was overwhelmingly tasteful and well prepared. Service (our server was Sheryl) was friendly. They gave us muffins and even ran into the car when we forgot sunglasses. Really confused about why it has only four stars.

We always love dining at Mimi's, but today was truly exceptional! Our waiter, Orlando, was incredibly friendly and attentive. It's rare to find such attentive service these days! The food was delicious, as it always is!

Stopped for brunch on a monday! Was seated quickly. Very friendly staff and the quiche served was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend!!
