Subway - Knoxville

The store is clean and the staff friendly, but the line moves slowly. Most shifts only seem to have one employee who really knows what they are doing, while the others stand around. Management hides in the back instead of helping out. There are two lines, both fully stocked, yet even with a line of twenty people only one line is open. Oh, and most days I go in they are out of the herb italian bread.

They put the sandwich together pretty poorly, and I'm not a germaphobe but I get worried about it when I eat here.

The restaurant is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but some of the staff could be friendlier.

It's a nice and convenient option for dorm students. Aside from being located in a dormitory, it feels just like any other Subway restaurant.

Will was not only extremely rude and disrespectful to my roommate and me, but he also served us very little lettuce in our salads—just about a quarter of what we would normally expect here. His attitude towards us was quite unpleasant.
