Subway - Knoxville

The young man was working alone. It was on a Sunday and he was nothing but above friendly. He made our sandwiches perfect. I have to say I was very impressed. Even if our sandwiches weren't the best (which wasn't the case we would have left just as pleased bc of that one employee. Thank you for the great service in such an ugly world. It was refreshing to see. And the new mango tea (new to me was amazing. I believe it was mango and mint(? I had to add a little sweat tea bc it wasn't sweat enough. But it was different bc u dont ever see that flavor anywhere else. A

Everything was fresh. Appeared the employees took pride in keeping the place clean and efficient. Greeted you as you entered.

Travis assisted me in choosing my sandwich, and he was incredibly patient with both me and my friend. His customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that he genuinely enjoys his job. I will definitely be returning to see Travis again!

I really wish I had caught the name of the person who prepared our sandwiches. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly.
