Bidra med feedbackI recently ordered online for in-store pickup, but the website didn't provide any confirmation, and I never received an email. I have evidence that the payment was deducted from my bank account, but it seems my order didn't go through. The manager outright refused to give us our order even when we showed proof of purchase. They also declined to issue a refund or even provide a phone number to contact. The Subway website does not list a phone number, and corporate has shifted all customer service to a purely digital format. I have yet to receive a refund, and the customer service from both the store and the company has been extremely disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother.
I don't know if it's due to being understaffed or just a lack of care, but this sandwich was put together haphazardly, like a child made it (see attached photo). To make matters worse, the receipt clearly states it was made "IN ORDER." I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this genuinely frustrated me. I understand that working in fast food isn’t the easiest job, but I would be fired if I put forth this level of effort in my own work. Please, just do better. All I want is my sandwich!
I went to get two foot-long sandwiches, and it took 25 minutes despite there being three employees working. The manager was constantly yelling at her kids who were running around the dining area, and I even had to shush her just to place my order. The food was disappointing as well; I was charged for two deluxe foot-long tuna sandwiches with extra cheese, but only one actually had extra meat on it. At that point, I was just relieved to leave the store without a headache. To top it off, the manager made sure to mention a survey for two free cookies, but they were out of cookies when I asked.
Amazing employees and food. The younger guy and Raven just make u want to come back bc they are so great with their customers. I didn't even mind having to wait bc it was a little busy. They made the whole experience very pleasant and I will definitely come back.
For the third time, no one was there when I wanted to place an order. Please staff your stores to cover breaks, and if you have trouble getting people, remember that the value of labor has gone up and you can't pay less than everyone else and expect people to work for you.
