Wendy's - Knoxville

Anna in the drive thru has been phenomenal to me. I go here multiple times a week and yesterday there was an error with both one of my food items and the billing on my receipt due to a shortage of an item and a mistake. She not only gave me a refund for the incorrect billing and the incomplete item, but made my experience phenomenal today by discounting my meal as compensation. She is a wonderful worker with fantastic customer service and I will be happy to continue going here as long as she is on staff. Thank you Anna! ?

The food was cold and noone there appeared real happy. The manager seemed clueless to her surroundings. They seemed short handed, or over worked. They were not busy at all, and i believe there was 4 ppl there.Food: 1/5

The service was incredibly slow, as it seemed they could only handle one order at a time. It took 15 minutes for my order to be taken, even though there were only two people ahead of me. However, the food came out in another 5 minutes, which wasn't too bad, and it was delicious. Food: 5/5.

One of the better options out there. The food is fresh, hot, and as always at this location, the staff is very friendly. Food rating: 4/5.

For almost $12, (2) burgers, the food was cold. I understand that prices have gone up and this is unacceptable.
