Wendy's - Knoxville

It was fantastic to experience excellent service once more! My order was spot on and arrived promptly. The gentleman at the drive-thru was very friendly.

I was at Pilot while my sister was at Wendy's. I decided to get some of their freshly ground coffee, which is made right in front of you when you choose your cup. It's delicious—I'm a big fan!

We visited the drive-thru at 6:10 PM and I have to say, the gentleman taking orders and managing the window deserves a promotion! It's hard to come by good customer service these days, but Ben (my husband went inside and asked for his name for this review!) was outstanding. He was quick, friendly, and efficient! Even more impressively, our order was completely accurate, hot, and fresh—something that's quite rare nowadays. Thank you, Ben, for going the extra mile; fast food could use more people like you!

The food was hot and very yummy!! Service was prompt. They made an error, but they fixed it. The restaurant was clean.

Very great service and got our order perfect! My son is so picky (still at almost 14! and I always try to have my order ready and easy for people to understand so it makes everything go smooth. Lol They were super sweet and very fast!
