Hyōtan - Kobe

Very tiny spot with only a few bar seats available, basically a hole in the wall space. But this place serves you amazing gyoza. Instead of the regular cool sauce they have cool fog as a diving sauce and you can adjust it with vintage and soy sauce, whatever you prefer. Great place and would visit again.

Humble Store serves delicious Goyza! Very small shop with limited seating. Expect to wait 15-30mins, but trust me, it's worth it! Keep in mind that they only serve Goyza! Nothing else :

This place may not be more hole in the wall Japanese style than it is. For a beautiful hole in the wall-gyoza experience to fall past here, only 390 € per order of 7 gyoza! The gyoza are simply fried and served with pages in a short order, so if you are short on time, don't worry!

Really fun Gyoza experience 8 seats and you eat at the bar. They only serve one kind and you will have to wait in line, but it’s a really unique experience that does not disappoint.
