Very modern restaurant with modern German cuisine and Mediterranean dishes. Provides a very good price-performance ratio. The service was excellent. The waiter was a specialist and understood his duties. Always an eye on the needs of the guest, but never intrusive. Long no longer experienced such a good service outside the star gastronomy. The facility is sober modern, with Scandinavian design influences. However, not uncomfortable. All dishes looked good and freshly prepared. A wide and good selection of drinks is offered.

We thank you for the extraordinary service that you rarely find with passion today. Our waiter “Antony” was very attentive. We both had a Viennese calf carving with roast potatoes. The food was very good, but you have to clearly highlight the service. We like to come back

We have been in Koblenz as part of our New Year's Eve holiday and have been able to get a nice table in the Einstein thanks to joy, the ambience and staff has been super nice and courteous had a great table at the window. The order worked quickly and aucj on special requests or change of ingredients received the wine recommendation was a hit we felt very comfortable, we had the calfscarf which unfortunately had been very well with my wife and unfortunately the temperatures were very moderate in both dishes but otherwise very lecke as dessert I can recommend the lava cake a pale man
