Cantina - Koebenhavn

Possibly the worst experience that I have had at a restaurant anywhere in the world. First they lost the order, then when it came only one of the two items came. Not once did the wait staff come and check on us, except when we hunted them down. They comped our second round of drinks but we had to go to them to settle our bill, could have just walked out. The food was great but could have been much better.

The food and the drinks were good considering the pricing. We were little bit dissapointed because we had reserved a table beforehand for two hours and were asked to leave early. They had probably overbooked the reservations. Otherwise nice place to have a dinner.

Food was amazing but sadly the service is awful. Our server came over and started speaking his native language and when we informed him we didn’t understand we received an eye roll and the comment “oh, you’re english”. From that point on we were just served our food and drinks with no interactions, not even eye contact. Our pizzas did come out way before our bread which we found incredibly strange but overall the food was really delicious. Shame that it felt so unwelcoming by the staff!

Pizzas were lovely and the truffle chips were some of the best I’ve ever had! Drinks are on the expensive side but it is Copenhagen!! Staff were friendly. Would recommend. Also just round the corner from Nyhavn for some site seeing after dinner

Very nice atmosphere at this Italian Bistro very close to classic sites such as Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv. For me it was a quick stop on a hunch. But great service, lovely pizza so can only but recommend. Packed the night I was there, midweek, so I’m not alone.
