Guldkroen - Koebenhavn

Fun, but eating is only average. good for “yes, I’ve got there” story, but rather to dinate otter courts.

We had a really good time. the service is really funny to be around. after min asks the waitress whether we want a shot (free) and she had a good service with us. old school. Danish dinner in the old school. only a great place.

The first station after I landed in kopenhagen, was a very nice staff (all girls) dish full and eat super tasty. I asked to book a table for the next day, but down the end of the month fully booked. well earned stars

The restaurant is quite often fully booked every night it seems, and when we arrived there was a pretty line to come. they run with visit, which means they have a table for hours. first serving is and the second is if you want to go here, make sure to make a reservation. we decided to go to this visit for stegt flæsk, but we disappointed young people. the flicker was marinated in fat, probably because it was badly placed on the back plate, overlap each other so that the fat had no possibility to escape. the soße (persillesovs) had a strange bang of fishing and simply didn't taste like a persillesovs should. the potatoes were in a bowl marinated in petersilienbutter, and somehow this butter has simply not made the potatoes better. on the plus side the potatoes were cooked properly. the service was very friendly, and I have nothing bad to say that the stars in this review goes on the service and the hygglical (kozy) environment.

Guldkroen has a very limited menu card: only three main dishes. Fried pork, Meatballs in curry sauce (strange that such a thing is typically Danish, but it is) and wienerschnitzel. We had fried pork and wienerschnitzel, excellent prepared, only one point of criticism: the veal...meat in the wienerschnitzel could have had more beating before being fried, it makes it more tender. We had a couple of jars of beer. Service was great and friendly. Pirces are a bit to the high end, e.g. wienerschnitzel at DKK.
