Hello, my fiancée and I went to place our order at a restaurant. When we placed our order, the person taking our order rudely told us not to have an attitude. I have been in the food service industry for 16 years, and it is not acceptable for someone to speak to customers in such a manner. This incident occurred at 3:45 pm on June 25th, 2022. We had already placed our order as customers, but the person taking our order could not hear us. Instead of politely asking us to turn off our vehicle, they rudely told us. When we asked if they were going to serve us, they were just grilling. I mentioned that I would leave a negative review on Yelp to inform others of the rude behavior from the staff. When we pulled out of the drive-thru, the person came out and appeared to be crying, possibly because they realized they were on camera. I will be contacting the company to ensure that this person is fired, as their behavior is unacceptable. If this issue is not addressed, I will not be returning to this location and will advise others to do the same. We were polite customers, and there was no reason for us to be treated with such disrespect. If they mistreated us, they could do the same to others. It is important for the restaurant to consider the impact of losing customers like us.

I was at this restaurant tonight at 9:24 P.M. and we waited for 6 minutes before someone finally told us they were closed. They ignored us and refused to serve us. The worker was lazy and we felt slighted. I will never return.

The food was good and they took care of us! it was my birthday and he was very happy to be there. the ice was on the spot. the service was friendly and fast.
