Kfc - Kokomo

The manager informed me that they couldn't prepare more chicken until the current supply was finished. Since my group doesn't prefer dark meat, I decided to give Popeyes a try for the first time. It's unclear why this particular location has these problems. I wish the other restaurant in town was closer, but I don't intend to come back here. I would have been willing to wait for fresh chicken to be cooked.

A chicken place that doesn't have enough chicken to fill your order, and not seeming to care about even trying. Got home with my mix of original and crispy that was less than fresh. Biscuits were hard. Disappointed to say the least.

I was served the most revolting, overcooked chicken I have ever encountered at this restaurant. Since I was already home, I couldn't return to request a refund. I would rate this experience 0 out of 5 stars and advise others to never dine here.

I think this KFC is far superior to the other location. Although the blonde w/ the real blue eyes that works drive thru at the other location is super nice, the food here is just better. Everyone is always friendly and the food always tastes fresh. Keepup the good work!

The supervisor at the restaurant, who claimed to be a manager, refused to give me my food at the drive-thru because I had ordered ahead and needed to walk in. Despite explaining that my daughter is disabled and it is difficult for us to walk in, she insisted that her manager said no. After threatening to call law enforcement if I didn't leave, she eventually gave me my food. The macaroni cheese I ordered was not melted and was hard. I suggest that everyone make complaints to the Better Business Bureau. I spent $50 at this restaurant and should have gone somewhere else.
