It had newly opened and felt like a good place to visit and the ambience was really enticing. Located on the roof top of Quest mall it had the option of both indoors and outdoors. And provides a fabulous view of the city! <br/ <br/ It was an evening visit with a long lost friend to catch up so we ordered drinks and some food to go with it.<br/ <br/ The crabs on the menu really called to me when I saw it and I knew I had to order them! The staff explained how the dish is made and we ordered the stuffed crab and our drinks. The drink service was very prompt. <br/ <br/ #Butter Garlic Gin Baked Crabs<br/ The crabs were delicious and full of soft melt in the mouth meat. The flavour of Gin was new and added an amazing essence to the whole dish.<br/ <br/ #Gambas Al Ajilo<br/ A Spanish inspired prawn dish was nothing like I ever had. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the light juices were full of flavour.<br/ <br/ We enjoyed both the ambience and the food immensely. The staff was very courteous and gave us ample time to choose and enjoy our meal.<br/ <br/ Awaiting for it to open soon to try some of the other unique dishes.<br/

#LATEPOST<br/ <br/ PLEASE DON'T VENTURE OUT UNTILL UNLESS IT'S AN EMERGENCY STAY INDOORS KEEP YOURSELF EVERYONE AROUND YOU #SAFE <br/ <br/ My #first visit to this roof top lounge at #QuestMall a couple of months ago for a late night dinner I stationed myself at the open air section and it was dimly lit however still managed to click my usual food pictures courtesy #Oneplus7Pro.. <br/ <br/ #Premium is the word that hits your mind the moment you step inside this upmarket eatery there is something classy about almost everything inside right from the lighting to furniture to overall decor.. Service is prompt.. Pricing is on the premium side for obvious reasons but worth every penny if you are ready to splurge given the out of world ambience alongwith the top notch culinary experience this space has to offer.. Perched on the roof top floor of the Quest Mall with an indoor outdoor section offering beautiful bird's eye view of the urban landscape all around this could just be a perfect setting for that romantic dinner or a family dinner as well.. <br/ <br/ Started off the dinner with a mocktail #BerryCooler a great concoction made of different berries.. <br/ <br/ #CrabCakes: Crab cakes made of bird eye chilli Kaafir lime alongwith a coriander scallion topping was super delicious the presentation was definitely out of the box..<br/ <br/ #MoroccanBeefBaklava: Baklava is generally associated with sweets but they have turned it into a savoury Baklava filled with Beef Garlic labneh which essentially stands for Garlic cheese.. I must admit that the end result was terrific.. <br/ <br/ #MisoGlazedPorkBelly: Pork Belly whenever miso glazed (marinated with miso paste) makes it even more tender than usual and results in more deliciousness it was no different in this case as well.. Served with Blue Pea Barley and baby carrots this was one hell of a delicacy.. <br/ <br/ #PopcornParfait: Made of brownie bites, popcorn soil coffee creme anglaise it looks and tastes equally delicious..<br/ <br/ #SaltedCaramelBrownie Me being an eternal dessert lover couldn't resist the temptation to try out a second one as well from thier compact yet outstanding dessert menu Glad I did bcz it was nothing like an usual brownie Crumbled brownie walnuts served on the plate with salted caramel sauce every bite felt heavenly.. <br/ <br/ Thank you dear Somnath da for your gracious hospitality looking forward to catching up soon post Lockdown.. <br/ <br/ If you haven't been there yet I suggest you drop in post lockdown and enjoy an awesome culinary experience for yourself.. I went to this place on 25th and i must say the view from the rooftop is just amazing.i have spent such wonderful time there with my close friends. I just love the ambience of this place..

Skai, Kolkata, is a rooftop lounge atop Quest Mall, where you can enjoy great shisha, alcohol and a unique selection of European and Asian food. What I ordered: ⠀⠀<br/ ⠀⠀<br/ Truffle Fries : Regular fries infused with the aroma and a subtle taste of truffle oil. Served with black garlic aioli and spicy rémoulade chorizo butter in tiny tubes. <br/ ⠀⠀<br/ <br/ ⁣Hurricane LIT : Your regular Long Island Ice Tea, with a sweet and sour twist.<br/ <br/ ⠀<br/ Parmesan Gnocchi : Gnocchi tossed in pesto, set in a bowl of burrata fondue, sprinkled with balsamic pearls. Loved the combination of flavors, especially the balsamic vinegar pearls that added a touch of molecular gastronomy to the entire dish. <br/ ⠀
