Last day we visited with friends 14th feb. The worst experience we had food and service both are deteriorate. Order bhetki with sorse ,they were served vaja mach with jhol next jumbo prawn they srved head of the prawn and said yes this is the jumbo prawn. Food quality worst. Must visit for bengali food. Taste and quality of Food items are excellent. Not too much availability of every items in menu all the time. Cons: hospitality of staffs and manager not up to the mark compare to any popular resturant. They are very casual and not attentive towards customers. I personally feel this quite awkward. Overall they are good. You should visit to taste their dishes. Went there with a friend. Had plain rice, alu posto, diamond fry with kasundi, (they had no musur daal katla kaliya, alu diye chicken er jhol, papor, onion salad. Only items that were good- diamond fry, salad and bottled water. Service was poor, they are serving in kashar bason , (trying to catch customers craving for bangali khabar but the utensils are difficult to handle. They are serving hot chicken and fish in causer, you can hardly get a hold on it and serve!!. They are serving chicken cooked in mutton gravy. Katla kaliya smells like cooked in ghee!
