Bidra med feedbackNice resturant, but very empty. The food needed time to be prepared. Total food quality
I was invited to this place for food tasting. Ambience is very soothing and the interiors are beautiful. There is a waiting area beside the reception with sofas and a centre table. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling. There is a seating arrangement for around 30 people. There is a buffet section as well. The best part is, you get Mughlai, Chinese and Indian delicacies all under one roof. Moreover all the dishes from different cuisines are made with equal expertise. Coming to the food we tasted, there was a never ending plethora of dishes which I would briefly discuss. Starters A) Mughlai 1) TANDOORI CHICKEN Succulent and juicy pieces of large sized chicken grilled in a tandoor. 2) CHICKEN RESHMI KEBAB Soft pieces of medium sized chicken kebabs coated in a thick layer of Cheese. B) Chinese 1) GOLDEN FRIED PRAWN Crunchy from outside but soft from inside, deep fried prawns. 2) PAN FRIED CHILLI FISH Fish cut in cubes pan fried in sauce along with a few veggies (bell peppers, onions). Main Course A) Chinese 1) SWEET AND SOUR VEG A healthy curry with lots of veggies (carrots, bell peppers, brocollis, cucumber, tomatoes) and garnished with spring onions. 2) CHICKEN RICE Flavorsome rice containing small pieces of chicken and very finely chopped veggies and garnished with spring onions. 3) CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES VEG Veg noodles containing a mild flavor of garlic and cooked in chili sauce. This is a medium spicy preparation. B) Indian 1) KASHMIRI PULAO Sweet Pulao containing cashews and raisins with a yellow texture. 2)TANDOORI LACCHA PARATHA Soft Laccha parathas cooked in a tandoor. 3)GARLIC NUN A huge nun containing small roasted pieces of garlic and brushed with ghee. 4) PANEER BIRBALI Huge chunks of paneer cooked in a cashew based gravy and garnished with slices of bell pepper. 5) BADSHAHI CHICKEN A non spicy chicken preparation cooked in cashew paste. 6) MUTTON HANDI A very spicy and flavorful preparation of mutton cooked in the Dhaba style. 7) SARSON BHETKI A favorite bengali dish. Sorshe Bhetki will bring tears to your eyes due to the string sortie flavor and this was cooked to perfection. Dessert 1) SHAHI TUKDA Very beautifully garnished Shahi tukda with perfect level of sweetness. There was a never ending array of Mocktails as well. 1) PAN MOJITO 2) PARTY PUNCH 3) ROUGH NIGHT 4) VIRGIN MOJITO 5) VIRGIN PINNACOLADA 6) ROSE UNDER ROCK 7) ROSY COFFEE 8) BLUE LEMONADE A special mention for the wonderful garnishing of each and every dish. Each dish was decorated in a different and beautiful way which clearly needs to be appreciated. Plus all the dishes were delectable, from the Mughlai kebabs to the Chinese and Indian Delicacies.
