Tidepools - Grand Hyatt Kauai - KOLOA

Our server, Marta, was helpful, friendly, attentive! Since the food was excellent, I don't have to go into detail. My margarita was better than 2 months ago in Puerto Vallarta. I hope to go back.

Paradise found. Beautiful surroundings. Where else a school fish swims to your dining table. (Amazing) Food delicious. Staff friendly and competent.

Juan made our experience amazing! He was also polite and thorough in the late hour of the evening. The food was great! We didn't get a picture of the main course because Juan was busy cleaning a glass we accidentally knocked over. He was fast and understanding. 10/10

Have gedminated here many times before. Disappointed with this last experience. The Caesar salad was terrible. The food was cold. The service was good, and the ambience was very nice, but not until the Hyatt ordinary experience.

Very good dining experience. Had to wait about 15 minutes after being seated to place drink order. Would like to see how Tidepools could differentiate their menu from the Beachhouse. Very similar menus. Ambience is preferred at Tidepools.
