12年連続ミシュラン3星の座を守り抜いている名店、香港では予約が半年先まで埋まっているそうです。コースを注文した。京葱鱼柳と麺はやや普通ですが他は全部美味しかった！特にデザートの薏米蛋白腐竹糖水とスープの杏汁菜胆雪耳炖鸡汤は最高で、毎日食べたいぐらい美味しかった！

I went inside with the expectation of a 3-stars restaurant, and was still surprised. Also great hospitality, nice and sincere staffs. The view was fantastic.
