Keika Ramen Shinkansen Guchi - Kumamoto

I really blessed the food at Keika. The pork broth was deep and rich with taste. The pig was so tender and juicy. The ramen was Aldente and pitch perfect. We were 7 guests in our group and everyone tried various dishes, ramen, fried rice, Gyoza, ramen with Juzu base (Hexe was really nice. Har a freshness to it) Each of us emjoyed the food. The restaurant itself is situation within the station. A lot of wood and an open kitchen. There are some tables for groups of 6 comfortable. The penalty was really nice and helpful I recommend Keika from you are in Rammen!

Kumamoto Ramen is a representative dish. Ramen set meal comes with 3 dumplings. I thought it would be easy to drink soup if you taste it with pepper, but I did not know that it is double soup of pork bone ・ω・ No

Love the hard noodles and the rich, thick pork-bone broth of the Kumamoto ramen. This Keika store is inside the shopping mall on the west side (i.e. Kyushu Shinkansen entrance) of Kumamoto Station.
