My wife suggested we visit this restaurant during our trip from Canada. While we were waiting for our food, she spotted a small lizard on top of the air conditioning unit, so we decided to move to another table.
A lovely place offering a wide variety of dishes. The food is flavorful and delicious, and the service is excellent.
As a fan of Ghanaian cuisine, I find the prices for local dishes to be quite high. While I'm sure the food and service are excellent, the prices were a bit off-putting for me. Since local ingredients are used, I don't quite understand the reasoning behind the elevated prices.
I’m glad I followed a friend to try fufu. I typically prefer a chop bar for fufu in Kumasi, but this place was just as good. The soup was hot, and the overall service was satisfactory. The only thing I missed was the option to mix different proteins like you can at typical chop bars. Additionally, the prices are fixed, which may not be very wallet-friendly for the average diner.
