Papparich - Kurunjang

Ordered at 2.30, half came out at 3.15 and the other half didn't come out at all. Had to chase up and still took another half an hour and still waiting. Asked again and after fluffing around told me they hadn't placed my order. Zero apologies and couldn't give a stuff. About 2 words of English between them. Ordered 2 x coke both out of the cupboard and warm so had to replace. Abysmal customer service all round. Wouldn't waste your time here. After a wasted hour and a bit I'm off home to reheat last nights leftovers before regrouping and heading out as originally planned. Useless.

Unfortunately I can only give one star, I would like to give negative 5 star if I can. Horrible service, me and my friend waited 40 mins to get my food, even I pressed the bell on the table for 3 times, no one cares or responded to my call. One girl in black uniform came at the fourth call, and told me that my order will be 'slightly ' delayed because short-staffed, then you should tell me when we pay! If I know I have to wait over 30 mins I can go somewhere else! Now she 's happy to offer me cancelling order and refund after 35 mins wait. That 's fantastic! 5 mins later, my food came. The only reason I didn 't cancel my order was only simply because I don 't what waste the food. Will never go back again! If you can 't provide the service you supposed to, just don 't open!

Ordered on Deliveroo customer service was appalling. They ran out of the item I wanted and asked if I wanted to swap for something else but couldn’t confirm if I would get the difference refunded if it was cheaper than my original item. I didn’t want to swap and asked if I could cancel my order explaining that one of two couldn’t eat then. The man continued to be extremely argumentative and said “bad luck” before hanging up on me. Won’t be eating here again the food is overpriced anyway.

Ordered wattanhor and it was horrible this time, the noodle was barely half the portion. The wattanhor gravy tasted off and watery, so disappointing! BTW, we ordered this once last week and it was good that's why we ordered again. The dry curry egg noodle also came with half portion, nooodle was stacked up with veges underneath and wasn't even filling. The curry provided was only 2 tablespoon, perhaps for the two bite size portion of the noodles provided. Need a refund! Tried to call the store once we got home and open the takeaway but no answer :

A rude staff are racist and ignore our requests. It’s sincerely terrible dinning experience. The staff with golden hair sign us off without our permission. Extremely rude and terrible.
