Lovely Host, Good Beer
"Tip Top" is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes, as well as their selection of wines. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I will definitely be returning to.
