Ebandla And Conference Centre

We had a great stay at eBandla Hotel and Conference Center and looking at using the same Hotel in the future since it is near the Junction Mall, Dolphin Beach, uMhlanga Rocks and few more.

Everytime I come to KZN this is my home away from home. Food and customer service

Bad, the staff was unfriendly and rude. The receptionist will give you a disgusting look

The owners seem friendly, they also have a great concierge (Nelli) who really goes out of her way. The room service for the most part is also good. My shower had an issue with the hot water (which I did report but wasn't dealt with) and the the kitchen staff, although friendly, don't seem to know the menu too well. The place is isolated and in a great location while also being close to two great malls. The owners have a good thing going that could use a bit of quality of life improvements.

It was so amazing staying there and their breakfast was excellent
