Dairy Queen - Kyle

I really enjoyed getting a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. I enjoyed these so much as a child, but I think Dairy Queen is the only place that offers these anymore. They have a new dipped cone that is dipped in white chocolate with sprinkles.

First walked into this place when I was 10yrs old and been coming here for over 35yrs now. I used to love this place. My wife and I went in to grab some burgers and started to order. This cashier there was absolutely obnoxious and condescending to my wife. I was appalled by his total lack of courtesy. This 20 something yr old guy who wore ugly glasses and must’ve weighed 350lbs (literally), was disrespecting my wife. He told her “it’s just common sense, lady. Don’t you have any?” Then insulted my wife about her age!! He refused to use my gift card and threatened to put us in the back of the line. My goodness!! I’ve never experienced this kind of service in all these yrs!! Maybe if he would consider apologizing to us, we might consider coming back. I hope to hear from management soon.

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 burger meals and a chicken strip basket. One burger was made wrong, the other one was the wrong burger completely. Found this out after the 20 minute drive home. Called and they said it would be ready. The double meat burger was missing a patty.the remake of the remake had 3 patties. Thankfully i could fix that one myself. Didn't offer to remake the fries. So i get to eat with cold fries and a watered down soda. Hooray

Foods good, fries are always good. Service has always been a good experience.

The reason for only 3 stars is because I ordered on the DQ Texas app. DQ food is great, but the app is AWFUL! This was my 1st time using the app. I ordered 2 mini blizzards, and when I went to pick them up, one of the flavors was not available anymore. So why is it on their menu? The flavor that I chose instead was NOT on the menu! ?The app really needs to be reworked, updated, and maintained properly and promptly. There are no pictures or descriptions of any of the food. You're not able to see previous orders. If you forget something and have to go back, you have to re-enter your pick-up option and car info. If you minimize the app after you place your order, you can't go back to see the status of that order. Very, VERY frustrating!! Terrible, terrible app!
