Beautiful decoration, rustic setting and scenic room but all comfort. Good plates and especially good atmosphere and general mood!

Desirous of discovering the magnificent frescoes of the Notre-Dame des Fontaines chapel, we came with a group of 22 people in this charming end of the world that is La Brigue. We stayed for a part in the Mirval and for a part in the Hôtel Fleur des Alpes, but we all dine in the last hotel. And I translate the unanimous opinion of the members of our group saying that we received a warm welcome and made an absolutely delicious meal: Choice offered, which is exceptional for an important group between 5 admissions, 5 dishes and 5 desserts; We could have feared that it would be prepared dishes, without great flavour. Well no: all the dishes served, made with local quality products, were both well presented and particularly tasty. Ah the remarkably cooked ravioli, the veal succulent jump, the exquisite vitello tone, etc. I can't quote everything, but I can ensure that no apartment has been emitted by anyone on the dishes or desserts served. A great bravo to the kitchen team that offers inventive family cuisine and succeeds in incredible achievements. Work to be recommended without reservation.
