Apothik Eatery Food Truck - La Crosse

Just when I think I've chosen my favorite dish, they surprise me with another amazing option. This isn't your typical food truck; every dish is an exciting adventure, and I often find myself enjoying flavors I never expected to. Great job, everyone! Food: 5/5

We dined at this restaurant in March and had an incredible experience with delicious food in a lovely atmosphere, which is why we gave it a 5-star rating. Since then, eager to relive that experience, we made plans to return for dinner five times, only to find the restaurant closed each time. We did check their posted schedule on their Facebook page, but it seems to be inaccurate. I'm not sure if they're out of business or simply have different hours now, but it's quite frustrating, especially since our first visit was so enjoyable. It's not that difficult to keep a Facebook page updated with correct information.

One of my favorite spots in La Crosse. The ramen, burgers, fries, kimchi, and pot roast are all incredible. I visit once a week during the winter when I crave something warm. It's truly a gem in La Crosse! Just a couple of things to note: parking can be a hassle, and the bar has a limited selection of liquors (mostly mid to high-end options, so no rum and cokes here).

A really cute spot, good service, and the BEST food for vegetarians. The veggie birria tacos were so good, and I tried my sisters ramen. I'll be going back for a full thing of the ramen. There aren't a lot of places with unique food in the area (especially for vegetarians), so I'm excited about this spot. My cocktail was also really good.Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options that aren't just another overpriced beyond burger.

Visited around New Years. Stopped in for lunch, not really knowing what to expect. Once we looked at the menu and the server telling us the specials, we knew we were in the right place, hopefully the kitchen could deliver. They did,we liked the place so much we visited 2 more times in our 3 day stay. This is also what I'd consider to be a mixology bar with drinks made by a great mixologist named Devin (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) she passionate about the quality of the drinks she serves. Can wait to visit the LaCrosse area again and the Apothik.
