La Fiesta Mexican Lounge - La Grande

This place is like an art museum. So beautiful and clean. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Colors are vibrant and it was all done by hand. Truly spectacular, I just walked around admiring all of the craftsmanship and detail in all of the decor. The service was also great and quick. As far as the food goes I was not impressed but it wasnt terrible. I can definitely see what other reviews mean. The ground beef had a strange strong taste and my kids couldnt eat much of it. Presentation was beautiful and so was the atmosphere so they get a 5. Their food needs some work as far as taste but we will surely be back.

We went to La fiesta with another couple that had been there before. The food was a 3 out of 10, the salsa I would say pass on. The salsa had a taste of cloves which we do not enjoy and a sweetness to it also. The rice was good and I would probably say that was the best thing on my plate.

Unexpected stop for lunch driving north. This is a real hidden gem. Delicious Mexican food. The rice needed a little something so I added their homemade pecante sauce and wow, that was so good! Service was very friendly. Very enjoyable lunch.

This restaurant is beautiful inside! The owner has created incredible mosaics on the walls and ceiling. Stunning! The staff was lovely and friendly. They give you a ton of food! My only gripe was the price. It's a bit overpriced for Mexican food. Lunch ran me $70 with a tip for an adult and two young adults. That's a lot in this economy. But the food was hot and tasty and again, they serve you huge portions! I highly recommend going just be prepared to spend a little bit extra.

We stopped in here for lunch on our way through La Grande on an RV trip. Our expectations were relatively low, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was staffed by the owner and his daughter, and the service could not have been any better. The food was served quickly and was very very good. The interior of this restaurant is beautiful as well and it was very interesting to find out that all of the design and work on the interior and exterior was done by the family members. Overall, our experience here was exceptional!!
