If the customer gives a tip, do not print it out and complain about the amount while the customer is still there, comment on how little and how you should get a new machine that gives a larger percentage for tips. The next time the customer does not want to type at all and this is not fair to you your employees.
I visited a large Subway where the friendly staff welcomed us as we walked in. We ordered the tuna with our usual toppings, and it was delicious. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by how busy and dedicated all the workers were. It was clear that everyone enjoyed their job. I will definitely return to Lagrange, KY next time. And to the manager, please make sure to recognize your employees for their hard work!
I've had my fair share of Subway, but I have to say, this place really knows how to make a sandwich. The bread was perfectly baked—not dry or overly crispy like at some other locations. They didn’t skimp on the toppings and actually included a good amount of onion and jalapeño, unlike many places that just pile on the lettuce. It’s clear that they do things the right way, and it felt like the owners truly know their customers by name! What a lovely touch! I will definitely be coming back.
I don't understand why you send out vouchers if they can't be used. It feels like price gouging, which is definitely not a good practice. Your prices have really gone up.
