Paris Baguette - La Habra

Almost On Monday 05/02/22 I have a single sandwich order online. Their system indicated to me that my order would be ready for pick up at 7:45 am. I arrived at their store slightly after 7:45 am. I was told to wait another 8 minutes for my sandwich which, meant they didn?t prepared my sandwich. I specifically requested their cashier to cancelled my order before, I left and by afternoon on the same day I called the store again to ensured that my refund was processed. The guy who answered the phone assured me that my refund in the amount of $10.60 was issued. To this date 05/07/22, I have not received my refund as promised by them!

I can't say enough about my experience . I planned a Retirement breakfast brunch for 25 people. I order the mini assortment of their fruit pastries and variety crossisant breakfast. All gone! Well presented! And delivered on time!

Sandwich was good Pastries were ok Service was slow but cashier is in training, made up by being pleasant and courteous.

What?! No stamps for freebie? Cerritos location is way better~ and has a stamp card for a free cake.

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and the food/pastries are delicious. Their coffee and teas are also really good. The drinks are cheaper than Starbucks and worth getting off the car for. I usually get something hot to drink when I stop by. Definitely check this place out for a quick delicious pastry or snack.
