Mary's Gourmet Salads - La Jolla

I run by this place a few times each week and have always wanted to try it. I ordered the Santa Fe and loved the proportions of ingredients. The dressing was a bit too sweet for my taste. Also, about 1/4 of the lettuce was from the core and turning brown.But the rest was great!

The most delicious salads ever! The flavor combinations and thoughtfulness behind every detail really do speak for themselves. Healthy, delicious food with the nicest people. Definitely check it out!

Thank you Yelpers for allowing us to find this great salad place! Husband and I are visiting from Nor Cal and hit the beaches today ending with setting sun in La Jolla. After snacking along the coast, needed some delish salads and this place FAR EXCEEDED our desires! So many delicious salad creation options and we got a large and shared with some to spare! Generous portions and very friendly greeting and service. Fast too! The EAST COAST salad was packed full of delicious fresh ingredients. Chicken bacon deli Turkey cherry tomatoes avocado (YAY! green onions Mozzarella so good!!!!

Run! Don’t walk to Mary’s! This gem of a place in the heart of La Jolla village will not disappoint! I devoured the seasonal salad that included delicata squash, roasted chicken, parmesano cheese and the best dressing! The customer service provided by Michael was on point! I’ve never felt so appreciated and valued. Every restaurant owner should take note of what these guys are offering in their community! See you soon!?

I'm super happy to have found this delicious salad spot. I've visited Mary’s four times over the last couple of months and it is always delicious. I make it a point to try a different salad each time. I'm about to head over now to try their newly released Autumn Crisp Salad.
